Biden marks Trans Day of Remembrance: “We mustn’t ever be silent within the face of hate”

President Biden honored transgender People on Trans Day of Remembrance, which falls on Nov. 20 every year and serves to pay tribute to trans individuals who have misplaced their lives to violence.
