Russian President Vladimir Putin’s plan to journey to China demonstrates a confidence that his authority is stronger than ever after the demise of mercenary chief Yevgeny Prigozhin, stated investor and long-time Russia watcher Invoice Browder.
Prigozhin, Putin’s long-time ally and the pinnacle of the Wagner Group, “was clearly a menace to his function and his energy, and someone who made him very weak and humiliated,” Browder stated Tuesday in an interview on Bloomberg Tv’s “Steadiness of Energy.”
