Sweden’s Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson departed to Washington on Wednesday, after the Nordic nation cleared all hurdles to develop into a full-fledged member of NATO.
Kristersson and International Minister Tobias Billstrom will maintain bilateral conferences with the US administration and members of Congress, in keeping with an announcement from the Swedish authorities, which stopped in need of saying how the journey is linked with the formalities of accession.
